About us

stylewear.fashion is run by StyleWear, a clothing brand based in Pakistan.

Products and prices

• Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR).
• Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
• We try to keep prices and stock correct. If we make a mistake, we will contact you before dispatch, and you can choose to continue or cancel.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order.
• We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was wrong, or a cash-on-delivery order cannot be confirmed. If you prepaid, we refund you in full.

Payment

You can pay by cash on delivery or with the prepaid methods shown at checkout. If a cash-on-delivery parcel is refused without a reason, we may ask for prepayment on future orders.

Delivery, exchanges and returns

Delivery is covered on our delivery page; exchanges, faulty items and refunds on our exchanges & returns page. Those pages form part of these terms.

Using our website

• Do not misuse the website, for example by trying to break it or by placing fake orders.
• The StyleWear name, logo, photos and text belong to StyleWear and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of Pakistan. Otherwise, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
