Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, across Pakistan. We confirm cash-on-delivery orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
2–5 working days to major cities and 4–7 working days elsewhere. See delivery.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on prepaid orders. For cash on delivery, the delivery charge is shown at checkout.
What if the size is wrong?
Exchange it within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn with tags. See exchanges & returns.
How do I choose my size?
Every product page shows its fit, and our size guide lists garment measurements. Between sizes, take the larger one for a relaxed fit.
What do GSM and warmth level mean?
GSM is the fabric weight in grams per square metre: the higher, the thicker and warmer. Warmth level (Light, Warm, Warmest) tells you how cold a day the piece is made for.
Which ages do kids' sizes cover?
From 2–3 years to 12–13 years. The size guide lists the child's height for each size.
How should I wash fleece?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and dry flat in the shade. Each product page lists its exact care instructions.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not yet. We deliver within Pakistan only.
