We collect only what we need to deliver your order and look after you as a customer. We never sell your data.

Who we are

StyleWear (stylewear.fashion) is a Pakistani clothing brand selling winter wear for men and kids. In this policy, “we” means StyleWear.

What we collect

Order details: your name, mobile number, delivery address, email (if you give one), the items you order and how you pay.
Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
Your bag: the items in your bag are saved in your own browser, on your device, until you order or remove them.
Visit statistics: pages viewed, device type and approximate location (city or country), collected without cookies and without identifying you.

We do not store card numbers. Card payments are handled by our payment provider.

Why we use it

To confirm, deliver, exchange and refund your orders.
To contact you about your order, including confirming cash-on-delivery orders.
To answer your questions and improve our products and website.
To prevent fraud and misuse.
To send news and offers, only if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with companies that help us run the shop, and only what they need:

courier companies, to deliver your parcel;
payment providers, to process prepaid orders;
our website hosting and messaging providers.

We may also share information when the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, and for handling exchanges and warranty questions. Marketing sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct it or, where we are not required to keep it, delete it.
Unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

To make a request, contact us. We reply within 14 days.

Children

We sell children’s clothing, but orders are placed by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
