Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Pakistan only. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

Delivery times

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and others): 2–5 working days.
• Other cities and towns: 4–7 working days.
• Orders placed after 3 pm, on Sundays or on public holidays are processed the next working day.

These are estimates from our courier partners. During sales and around Eid, deliveries can take a few days longer; we will tell you if your order is delayed.

Delivery charges

• Prepaid orders (card, JazzCash, Easypaisa): free delivery.
• Cash on delivery: a delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

Cash on delivery

Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. For cash-on-delivery orders we confirm the order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, so please keep your phone nearby after ordering. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.

Please have the exact amount ready. If a cash-on-delivery parcel is refused without a reason, we may ask for prepayment on future orders.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you receive the courier tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also track your order here.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you. See exchanges & returns.
